Triangle Pest Control has been QualityPro Certified since 2008.

How did you get started in the pest management industry?

I started in this industry head first. I got my start my purchasing a small company named “Mike’s Pest Control” that had 23 accounts and $12k in revenue per year. I rode in a pest control truck for the first time as a pest control business owner. The previous owner was a man of high integrity. I still remember many of the rides and life lessons we shared together. His guidance and mentoring in the pest control industry has stayed with me through all of these years. For that I will be ever grateful.

Tell us your most memorable moment so far in your career in the pest management industry.

Probably the most memorable moment I have had to date was the first year our company started same day service. At the time it was a huge burden and risk for us to offer the service but we persisted anyway. As the summer progressed our sales increased almost 2 fold in one month. It was at the moment that I realized that we had hit a homerun (mind you that home run was behind MANY strikeouts!)

What is the guiding principal behind your success with Triangle Pest Control?

Most people have goals, aspirations and a desire to progress in their life. Triangle Pest Control exists to enhance the lives of all individuals who come into contact with our business.

Why did your company choose to earn the QualityPro certification?

We value offering quality services to our customers. Our motto is not that “we don’t want to be the biggest company, only the best”. We work hard to provide a quality, professional and safe service to our customers. The QualityPro certification is a natural extension of that endeavor.

Overall, what do you think the most valuable aspect of QualityPro is to your company?

I think the most valuable aspect of QualityPro is to associate and learn from some of the best companies in our industry. Those associations have been invaluable to our business over the years.
