Patriot Pest Management has been QualityPro Certified since 2010.

How did you get started in the pest management industry?

I have always wanted to expand beyond our lawn care division. I searched for a long time for the right employee to make the financial investment to expand into the pest control industry. In 2001, we began performing pest control services.

Tell us your most memorable moment so far in your career in the pest management industry.

When we maxed out our first van and saw a massive bed bug infestation for the first time.

What is the guiding principal behind your success with Patriot Pest Management?

Persistence – I don’t give up!

Why did your company choose to earn the QualityPro certification?

There are 2 reasons: I previously owned a Lawn Doctor franchise and most of the Quality Pro requirements were also required by the franchisor. That was a no brainer for me. Secondly, having a Quality Pro certification would allow us to have a leg up on the competition.

Overall, what do you think the most valuable aspect of QualityPro is to your company? 

It is a mark of excellence.
