Annual Renewal Process
Each year, based on when your company earned QualityPro accreditation, you will go through a renewal process. You'll get notifications from us via e-mail and mail as well as prompts from Certemy (your certification dashboard). Keep your contact information current so we can keep in touch!
- Check your course completion records to make sure all sales and service staff have passed the required exams at www.npmatraining.org
- Log into Certemy to upload proof of compliance and sign the affidavit.
- Pay your renewal. Online payment is available!
Recommended, Not Required
To make the most of your company's credentials, we recommend you do the following at least annually.
- Share the following with your marketing team
- Check your website to make sure you're using the QualityPro logo
- Make sure your sales team has a current copy of the QualityPro Bid Letter and that they are including it with proposals
- Order new decals and uniform patches for your team
- Log in to www.qualityprotools.org and make sure you haven't missed anything new!
