Insight Canada was founded in Ottawa, Canada, in 2020. We have 14 offices across Canada and 1 in Australia. Insight employs 250+ employees and offers services in all provinces across Canada!

Our services include home protection plans against common household invaders and mosquito reduction services. Insight has an airtight warranty service. If you are still experiencing issues, Insight will come back free of charge to remedy your pest problems.

How did you get started in the pest management industry?

Insight Canada got started in 2020 when Owners Brendan Quinlan and Jessica
O’Connor came back to Canada after running a sales operation in the US. Taking
what they learned down south they wanted to implement a consumer friendly,
exclusively residential pest control option to Canadians to ensure ongoing and
long-term protection against pests in their home. Since then, Insight has quickly
become Canada Largest Residential Pest Control Company and a go-to option for Canadians wanting to protect themselves, their families, and their homes from unwanted guests.

Tell us your most memorable moment so far in your career in the pest management industry.

Starting Insight with only a few weeks notice to a small team of like minded business professionals was stressful, yet extremely rewarding. Being able to build a company year over year that provides jobs to many Canadians all across our great country is something we all have pride in. Every year is memorable, every year we learn how to be better and do better for our customers and employees.

What is the guiding principle behind your success with Insight Pest Solutions?

We are a Customer Service company that happens to provide Pest Control. The customers' needs, wants and expectations are what we manage, pests are what we control. Customers first will always be Insight’s super power.

Why did your company choose to earn the QualityPro certification?
