QualityPro accredited companies are required to continuously uphold and comply with QualityPro Standards. At each renewal, accredited companies affirm that the company is in compliance with the following QualityPro standards along with the standards of each service certification held by the company:

Company Vehicles
Criminal Background Checks
Customer Communication
Drug Free in the Workplace
Employee Handbook
Employment Interviews
I-9Insurance/Self-Insurance Responsibilities
IPM
Motor Vehicle Records Checks
Pesticide Handling
Professional Appearance
Reference Checking
Safety
Sales/Technician Testing (Note that there is no longer reciprocity with state licensing programs. All new sales & service pros must pass the exam within 6 months of hire.)
Warranty Communication

The integrity of the QualityPro accreditation is maintained through random audits. Each year approximately 10 percent of accredited companies are selected to participate in an audit.
