Whether your company is just starting out or has been in business for generations, we strongly encourage you to take the next step and pursue QualityPro accreditation for your company. Complete the application and you will gain access to valuable resources for business professionalism. If you have been in business for more than two years, we will send you the affidavit needed to become QualityPro accredited.
The QualityPro Process is very straightforward:
- Complete the application on this page or mail in a paper application.
- Upon receipt of the application, QualityPro will provide the applicant with all resource materials to help you comply with the QualityPro Standards | QualityPro Canada Standards.
- If you have been in business for two years, you will have six months from the date of your application to complete and return the applicant affidavit.
A company will not be eligible for QualityPro until all qualifications are met. Until such time as the affidavit has been signed, received, and approved by QualityPro, no company may represent itself as QualityPro accredited.
QualityPro Fee Schedule for NPMA Members*
The application and annual costs for NPMA members are based on sales volume according to this schedule:

|$1,000,001 - $2,500,000||$825 fee|
|$2,500,001 - $5,000,000||$1,100 fee|
|$5,000,001 - $15,000,000||$1,650 fee|
|$15,000,001 - $25,000,000||$2,750 fee|
|$25,000,001 - 50,000,000||$3,850 fee|
|$50,000,001 - $100,000,000||$5,500 fee|
|$100,000,001 and above||$8,250 fee|
The application and renewal fee for each service certification is $100.
